<html><div>What I've usually done after we tie down a date, is get an idea from the Presenter what topics he/she can offer us, and some details re what those topics consist of. In some cases we already know we want certain things...e.g., with Quicken I always tell him what issues are coming up as questions in my SIG, or have been in the news, etc.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>If it's a company that offers several different services, think about which would be of greatest interest to our members and pull more people in.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Then I check out the topics offered with Presentations, get more detail from them of what they want emphasized or gone into in detail, and go back to the presenter to confirm that.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>The bio is about the speaker. Also good to get a little history of the company to put into the first paragraph.</div>
