<div>Heinz has now grabbed it from the NL and had to convert it from .pdf format to web language.</div>

<div>It would be a lot less work for him or whoever else might post it to the web Home Page if it was received in regular document format.</div>

<div>Whoever writes each month's Announcement should send it to Heinz at the same time it goes to Chris for the NL.</div>

<div>We really need to set up a specific procedure and let people who are writing the announcements know that they need to send a copy to Heinz, if he's the one, as well as to Chris. And then be sure that the person writing the announcement for a given month knows that getting it to the Web Site person is part of the distribution.</div>
