<DIV>Hi all,</DIV>
<DIV>As requested, I spoke with the our upcoming speakers, Chris and Jim Guld,
about the technical details of doing the webinar. We tested the technology
(Zoom, not Hangouts or Skype) with both the club's laptop and T-Mobile hotspot
and we are all set.</DIV>
<DIV>We also honed the presentation a bit. They will not be covering Movie Maker
(defunct) or YouTube (not a creation tool), but instead their video favorite
tools: Google Photos and Microsoft Photos. Google Photos (i.e., mobile version
for IOS and Android, which is better than the web version) is quick and dirty.
Microsoft Photos, an app built into Windows X, is more full featured, but not
available. In both cases the end result is an mp4, which can be uploaded
anywhere. We also discussed iPhoto, and they said it was too complicated.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Heinz, I'm attaching both a revised description and a photo. Please put it
up on our website, which currently has "TBA". Also, use it for the weekly
announcement. (Meetup has already been updated.)</DIV>
