[Ggcs-presentations] Community Room for 2019

Does anyone have a problem if I proceed with the 10 dates for 2017, leaving out May and December. I'd like to nail them down while we think about May.

I guess it's kind of up to the MPC group, they have the room!  But we would both have to adapt to accommodate a different type of meeting!
If that's not possible then we should skip May.

Not sure how a joint meeting would work. It is the Print night for MPC, so Russ or ? could advise ; however, if it were the Projected night for MPC, it would be very difficult because it goes on from 6:30 to 9:00 approx, and attendees are hoping/praying to get out by that time!

  Hi all, 

  May 27 is Memorial Day. We normally meet the see you Monday before or the Monday after. However the community room is not available because the Photo Club meets on the first and third Mondays. The room is available on Monday May 13th, or I could try for an alternate day of the week closer to Memorial Day. What do you think? Or perhaps we could explore having a joint meeting with the photo Club?

    We do have 5/13/19 and 5/27/19 open. 

    Please provide an updated copy of the Certificate of Insurance. The current one is set to expire on 11/1/18. At the time of your confirmation, we would also need a new License Agreement and $100.00 deposit. Room Rental fee is $50.00 per use. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
