[Ggcs-presentations] Posting GM Announcement on GGCS Web Site

I went to our Site today to copy the GM announcement for a friend and discovered that it was not up for the Sept. meeting...still had TBA statement on the home page. Heinz has now grabbed it from the NL and had to convert it from .pdf format to web language. It would be a lot less work for him or whoever else might post it to the web Home Page if it was received in regular document format. Whoever writes each month's Announcement should send it to Heinz at the same time it goes to Chris for the NL. We really need to set up a specific procedure and let people who are writing the announcements know that they need to send a copy to Heinz, if he's the one, as well as to Chris.  And then be sure that the person writing the announcement for a given month knows that getting it to the Web Site person is part of the distribution. Babette    Since the speaker recruiter for a given month's meeting often writes the announcement, we need to be sure
